Due to quarantine regulations I can’t send plants internationally, to Western Australia, Northern Territory or Tasmania.
Each plant will be sent bare rooted, wrapped in muslin and waxed paper for protection. Your pack includes a small bag of soil suited to your plant needs, plus a splash of tonic to aid its recovery after travel. This ensures your plant starts its new life in tip-top condition!
I express courier on a Monday to ensure speedy delivery. Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be emailed to you. I’ll also track your parcel in transit, and once it’s received I’ll check in with you to ensure your plant arrived safely.
I wrap and pack like your pot is on a mission to Mars. Most of the packaging is recycled, apologies for the plastic. If you find the mass of packaging offensive let me know. I’ll pay for a courier to fetch it back to me, I’ll always re-use it.
It’s rare a pot will break in transit. If your piece arrives damaged, I’m so sorry! Please get in touch firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll sort a replacement or refund. Importantly, I’ll need you to take a photo of the box, packaging and contents as you’ve opened it. This helps me process the insurance claim with our courier.
You’re more than welcome to pick up your bounty at my shop or home studio. Make sure you select this option at check out. After your purchase is complete I’ll contact you to work out where and when you’d like to come get. Will you stay for a cup of tea?
